Autumn Conference 2025 Social by Edinburgh Branch

Edinburgh Branch are delighted to be hosting the conference social at Nelson Hall - just a short walk from the Conference venue.  Doors open at 6:30pm and from 7pm-8pm the wonderful Sly Fox vegan cafe will be offering a delicious vegan meal.   We’ll follow this up with an Edinburgh pub-quiz, music and a green-politics themed book raffle.  All tickets include a free drink and the event is BYOB.  A quieter space with boardgames will also be available.  Looking forward to seeing you there!  

Tickets are priced at:

• £5 for entry to the social with quiz, music, one drink and snacks
• £15 for entry to the social with quiz, music, one drink and a vegan meal

Tickets include one free drink (beer, wine or alcohol-free beer), soft drinks and snacks. Beers are gluten free.  The venue has no bar and is BYOB.  There is an independent off licence 2 minutes away (Great Grog at 2 Dalkeith Road ) and a supermarket 2 mins away (Sainsbury’s at 33 South Clerk Street). 

Location: Nelson Hall, 5 Spitalfield Crescent, Edinburgh, EH8 9QZ.  Nelson Hall is a ten minute walk from the conference venue and has ramp access and accessible toilets.
